Trudy Cotchin

Academy Improvement Lead - Primary

I joined the Trust in September 2016 and am currently the joint Academy Improvement Lead for Primary.

As a System Leader, my role involves providing training, support and challenge to the headteachers, senior leadership teams, staff and governors across our cluster in order to ensure the best quality education for all children.

I am passionate about ensuring that every member of our academy community is committed to being the very best they can be, giving every one of our pupils the greatest possible experiences and providing them with the best start in life.
