I joined the Trust in August 2016 to lead the network’s strategy on Academic Studies.
This encompasses the curriculum design in the secondary phase and post-16 provision, as well as arts, music and cultural enrichment opportunities across the Trust.
As Director of Academic Studies, I also have designated responsibility for admissions, safeguarding, attendance and exclusions as well as alternative provision.
For me, education is one of the few professions where you have the potential to change somebody’s life for the better every day.
Seeing young people achieve, watching them realise their potential and overcome challenges is what makes me passionate about my work.
