I joined the Trust in August 2016 to lead the network’s HR strategy.
I am a results-focused individual and firmly believe that communication, collaboration and engaging with people across all levels is the key to an effective working environment.
Since joining the Trust, I have been particularly impressed by how passionate our people are. Each one of our staff is committed to providing the best possible opportunities for the young people in our care.
As Director of HR, my aim is to embed this ethos through the process of harmonisation across academies, job roles and areas of responsibility. Establishing shared values and behaviours is the key to shaping the culture of a maturing organisation.
Watching young people benefit from our inspiring teachers and the wide-ranging enrichment opportunities on offer are just some of the things that everyone across DRET should be incredibly proud of.
